Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post and unfortunately we all know how slow postal services can be in Canada. Please be patient, your order is on it’s way. Our preferred packaging is envelope / letter mail but depending on the size of the order, we may have to bump it up to parcel.

IF you are wanting to buy our merchandise in bulk / wholesale, please contact us through our online form and let us know prior to ordering. We will provide you a custom order invoice with favourable pricing.

Refund Policy

As a general rule, we don’t accept returns for refunds, but there are always exceptions to every rule. As our products are in a clean and controlled environment before they are shipped out to you, we can’t be sure that at your end, the same environment exists.

If you have an important issue with your order that would prevent you from ordering from us again in the future, then please, contact us. We are human, and Canadian, and we order stuff online also so we know how things can roll out of control sometimes.
