Troubleshooting the Order Process

Browser History and Cache

This is typically one of the most common things that creates issues for you online. What happens is if your history is never cleared or your cache with all those little cookie fragments, (no, they are not oreos, we wish), your computer begins to slow down. Sometimes, those cookies saved on your computer are trying to produce a page that you previously visited or is stored in your history but that page doesn’t exist anymore. This happens often with e-commerce as we never save your payment information.

Try clearing your browser history / cache and then come back to our site and order some amazing products.

I Don't want to Pay using Paypal........ I don't like Paypal!

You don’t have to! There is a little black button below the gold button on the checkout page that allows you to pay with your credit card. No Worries, we understand that Paypal may not be for you. Just give that little black button a click and you are set.

Ok, I have tried to order and order, but the payment process won't complete.... ????

My Address Doesn't exist, but I know where I live!

Yes, our owner feels your pain as he lives in the middle of nowhere on rural acreage. He doesn’t exist either! What we can suggest is to try variations of your street address. The easiest way is to head over to Canada Post and enter your address in their system like you are looking for your postal code. See how they have it entered and that is probably exactly what will work on our system.
